What Happens After You Order
You complete your purchase.
GLOWTHINKDAY verifies the order details and payment.
We inspect and package each item.
We hand the order over to our fulfillment facility for dispatch preparation.
The carrier picks up the package and begins transit to your location.
How Long Each Step Takes
GLOWTHINKDAY completes internal verification, inspection, and packaging within 48 hours.
From order placement to shipment dispatch takes 3–7 business days. This includes the 48-hour internal prep plus coordination with the fulfillment facility.
Once dispatched, delivery to your location takes 14–30 business days. This period is managed by the carrier, customs authorities, and local logistics partners — not by GLOWTHINKDAY.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. They are not guaranteed because GLOWTHINKDAY does not control these variables:
- Public holidays
- Severe weather
- Customs inspections
- Transportation disruptions
- Country-specific import or delivery requirements
How to Track & Get Help
Tracking information is sent to you via email as soon as your order is dispatched — where available.
If your tracking hasn’t updated within 5 business days of dispatch, or if your package hasn’t arrived after 30 business days past dispatch, email cs@glowthinkday.com with your order number. We’ll respond within 24 business hours.
